If you find listening activities difficult, remember "practice makes perfect". Use the following websites to practise:

• BRITISH ENGLISH WEBSITE: Find here a collection of C1 listening activities. 
• CAMBRIDGE ADVANCED (C1) LISTENING TESTS: This youtube channel offers a large collection of C1 listening tests (with answers), following the Cambridge exam format.  You can access to it here.
• RANDALL'S ESL CYBER CLUB: Find here a collection of general listening quizzes about different topics. 
• CRISTINA CABAL'S WEBSITE: Here you can find a large collection of listening activities organised by common topics. 

I also recommend that you listen to podcasts and the news in English. You can use the following websites: 

• NPR: Top stories in the U.S. and world news, politics, health, science, business, music, arts and culture. Nonprofit journalism with a mission. They have a collection of podcasts and daily news here. 
• BBC: Learn English with these free learning English videos and materials from BBC Learning English. You can find a variety of programmes here.
