Spain is a democracy. There is freedom, justice and equality. 

As Spanish citizens we have rights and responsibilities.

The most important law in Spain is the CONSTITUTION.

The head of State is the King. Felipe VI is our king. He represents Spain. We have a parliamentary monarchy in Spain.

We have a prime minister, Pedro Sánchez. 

There are  17 autonomous communities and 2 autonomous cities in Spain. 

We live in Comunidad de Madrid.

The president of Comunidad de Madrid is Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

The CONSTITUTION also establishes the organization of Spain:

• The State is ruled by the National Government.
• The Local Entities are ruled by their local government. 
• The Autonomous Communities are responsible for public services: planning, education or health.
