AGILITY LADDER

Hi guys!

Today, I bring you a new way of practicing physical activity at home. 

We're going to create an agility ladder. Normally, you can find them at sport shops, but I have improvised one with material that I've got at home like painter's tape.

First, you need to create a ladder on the floor like the one you can see in the video. How can you do it? Well. I have used painter's tape. You just need to put two parallel band with a distance of 30-40cm. Afterwards, you have to create the squares. Leave a distance longer than the measure of your feet. I have made 10, but depends on the space you can count with, you could do is shorter. 

You just need that and some space at home where you don't bother, maybe the corridor? I don't know, talk to your parents.

With the exercises that I propose you we will work on COORDINATION, AGILITY AND SPEED.

HOW TO DO IT

1. WARM UP. It's really important to prepare your body to prevent injuries.

2. IT IS CHALLENGE. If you do not do properly an exercise do not move on to the next.

3. IT IS NOT EASY. Do not get frustrated just practice, practice and practice.

4. Try not to step on the bands. 

5. OUTDO YOURSELF.

6. IF YOU GET IT, try to reduce the time, do it faster.
