PHYSICAL EDUCATION RULES.

Attend class with sportswear and sneakers. (No jeans and no open toe shoes).


• Respect your classmates and teachers.


• Actively colloborate and participate in every activity.


• Look after the materials and facilities in the school. Remember that our classroom is the playground; keep it clean.

RECOMMENDATIONS.

  • A full and daily breakfast is fundamental for a healthy body and brain. You should include milk or yoghurt, cereal, and fruit in your breakfast. Charge your batteries and seize the day!

  • Sleep and rest between 9-10 hours. When your body rests, your brain relaxes and works overtime!

  • Get outside everyday and walk, run, jump… Go to the park and practice your favorite sport!

  • Keep your body clean.

  • Protect yourself from the sun yearround. Put sunscreen on your face and arms.

  • No forget to hyrdate. If you don´t do it, you´re brain and body will dry up!;-)

  • Sedentary or ‘still’ activity time should be limited to a maximum of 2 hours a day. This includes activities such as surfing the net, watching TV and DVDs and playing electronic games.
