In this laboratory practice you are going to learn about the different parts of the microscope and to observe :

  1. cells of onion epithelium.
  2. mucosal cells of the mouth.
  3. tomato mould.

MATERIAL

  1. One onion ( or a piece of it).
  2. Hygenic sticks.
  3. Tomato mould.(To obtain the mould you can put a tomato inside a plastic bag and keep it out of the fridge for several days)
